I’ve always been “in shape” regardless of if I’ve been working out/eating healthy or not. My weight rarely changes more than 10 lbs and I can usually pick up wherever I am and workout. Until now. I’ve worked out the past three days. Yesterday I did a lot of leg exercises… but not that many. And today? I will rest. Why?
I literally cannot walk without looking like a penguin. I cannot sit without falling onto the couch. I look utterly pathetic. At least I know the workouts I did worked, right?
